RM of Lawtonia’s story
The Rural Municipality of Lawtonia No. 135 was incorporated as a rural municipality on December 12, 1910, in southwestern Saskatchewan's Census Division No. 7.
Within its boundaries lies the village of Hodgeville, where the RM's office is located. The unincorporated communities, or localities, of Flowing Well, Tyson and Vogel are also part of the municipality.
Today the RM is run by an elected council and an appointed administrator, who meet on the second Wednesday of each month. Highways 19 and 363 serve Hodgeville.
